Join LDEI Atlanta and Dame Charlotte Swancey at her family farm, Riverview Farms, for a tour of their ogranic farm, picnic and strawberry pickin'.  Riverview Farms is a certified organic family farm on 200 acres in the beautiful foothills of the Appalachians in Northwest Georgia. In the fertile bottomlands of the Coosawattee River west of Carter's Lake, we gently cultivate certified organic vegetables, Berkshire pork, and grass-fed beef. This event is completely free so invite your friends and family.  Sunday, June 7th from 1pm - 5pm.

Ladies of Les Dames cook - Simple Abundance.  Learn to cook in a state-of-the-art teaching facility as the finest chefs in Metro Atlanta donate their talents, time and ingredients. During the two-hour sessions chefs prepare, on average, three recipes and share samples with participants. All classes held at Cook's Warehouse on Monday, June 8th.  Costs vary depending on level of participation, ranging from $40 to $150.  One-hundred percent of class tuition benefits Atlanta's Table, a project of the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
