This Dame only event was the dream of our late Dame Leah Bruckner. It is meant to be a small gathering of Dames, learning, sharing and inspiring each other.
Who: Complimentary event; open to 25 Dames only

Bring: Your own beverage/wine
What: An educational session about salt- how it is harvested and the various ways it influences the flavors of cheeses, pickles and fermented goods (which we will taste). This session with be led by certified cheese expert Hannah Thompson.
Following we will have a Dames playing in the kitchen time for each Dame to make her own custom salt blend.
